Root cause: Since this morning around 05:00 all services are effected by an unstable uplink. The reason is not known at this point. One possible reason might be a DDOS attack as it has been seen recently. All services are up and running but might be impacted by the issue. On 2023-09-23, the instability caused by the DDOS started to disappear. After an extensive time of observation, the connection is stable again.
